Vinification method: The hand harvested Kisi grapes are 50% destemmed and macerate for 90 days in qvevris. They then age a further 6 months in the same vessels. Bottled using gravity.  Unfined, unfiltered and no added S02.

Tasting notes: medium bodied, mineral, fresh sourdough

Pairings: mushroom pizza
