Vinification method: This wine is named after the di Grutolla's eldest daughter. It's the only wine that Cantina Giardino produces following a protocol, where every year they choose the most suitable grape variety for a maceration that lasts many months in homemade amphorae. The point is to bring attention to the amphora vessel and its effect on the wine. The vines are planted in heavy clay over limestone. After the grapes macerate in amphora, they are pressed and age 6 months in barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, and no S02 added.
