Vinification method: Grapes are grown on marl, sandstone with quartz binder, clay, and limestone. Produced from organic , handpicked grapes, co macerated and fermented with native yeasts, neither temperature controlled, fined, nor filtered. Cuvee Extreme spends 4 years in barrel and 1 in bottle prior to release. This is wine made to age!
