Vinification method: Joan Ramon Escoda and Carmen Sanahuja, farmers, wine growers and wine makers, started in 1997 using organic farming methods and as from 2003 they are following the Biodynamic methods of agriculture in their land. The grapes come from the “Els Bassots” vineyard, made up of clay and calcareous soil and located at an altitude of 450 meters above the sea level. Aged for 8 months in amphora. No So2 is added and the wines are bottled without fining or filtration. Joan is a co founder at Bar Brutal in Barcelona, the bar that started the Brutal wine line that you all love!

Tasting notes: medium bodied, honeysuckle, earthy, apple skins, almond paste, fennel
