Vinification method: The hand harvested White indigenous grapes from the Bisenti (TE) region were spontaneously fermented for two weeks without the use of pesticides or temperature control. The wine matures in fiberglass tanks for 8 months that naturally decant the wine before further enhancing it in the bottle. Unfiltered, unfined, no added SO2.
