Vinification Method: Winemaker Giulio Armani has been producing wine in Italy since he was a boy. In his vineyard, named Denavolo for the mountain on which it lies, Armani strives to make vibrant yet thoughtful natural wines. For "Dinavolino," grapes are hand-harvested from 37 and 10 year old vines before being de-stemmed and macerated for 8-9 months in stainless steel. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation lasting for 15 days without temperature control.
