The grapes grow on limestone and porphyry soils. Large selection of Gewürztraminer grapes in the vineyard and on the table. spontaneous fermentation of the grapes in contact with the skins for 3 weeks in acacia barrels. To stem the "heat" they resorted to 30% of stalks in fermentation. Subsequently aging in small acacia barrels for 16 months.
