Theodora by Gut Oggau is partially fermented on the skins and then aged in various-sized wood containers and matured on the yeast for 9 months. During this time there is no fining, batonnage, filtration, and no adding of additional sulphur.
Family Tree: Wiltrude’s daughter. She takes everyone’s heart by storm with her cheerful and animated manner. The prankster at the vineyard Oggau, she is nonetheless most reliable and steady. She has a particularly close relationship with her beloved grandmother Mechthild and her favourite uncle Emmeram.
