GRAPES: 100% MUSKAT
SKIN CONTACT: 10 DAYS

Vinification method: Hand-picked, beginning of October, with 30% botrytis on the grapes. Short maceration followed by spontaneous fermentation. The Muskat is aged for 24 months in large, used 500-liter barrels.
Unfined, unfiltered, no addition of SO2.
We are huge fans of Keltis wines, we have featured "Cuvee Extreme, Zan, Chardonnay and Traminer in the 3 years since starting the club. They also attended our Orange Wine Fair last year.
