Vinification method: Highly praised natural orange wine from a cult producer who practices biodynamic viticulture. The name “Graupert” is a nice pun on the grape variety (Grauburgunder in German) and old Burgenland slang for someone a bit scruffy.
A touch of trapped CO2 in the bottle, naturally cloudy from there being no filtering or fining. No additives used, not even sulfites are added. The grapes are all farmed biodynamically, no manufactured pesticides are sprayed on these vines. Aged in cement egg and stainless steel.
Tasting notes: medium-bodied, nectarine, apricot and orange zest, wild flowers & herbs
