Vinification: The current wine #7 is a blend of Aurelius (a Czech cross of Neuburger and Riesling) 2019, Devín(a Slovak cross of Gewurtztraminer and Roter Veltliner) 2020 and 2021, Welschriesling 2019, all of them destemmed.
A blend of wines from different vintages, each treated as best for it, with varying maceration times. Aged in old oak barrels, usually untopped and with developed flor, until blended and bottled. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, no sulfur added.
Tasting notes: Full-bodied, green apple, oxidized notes, mineral, dense, toasted hazelnut, gooseberry
