Togonidze wine produces refined natural wines using the traditional Georgian winemaking method of Kvevari style, which is more than 8000 years old. To create the highest quality wines, the family uses irrigated, chemical-free products on the vineyards. The vineyard is located near the river Satlianishkevi, outside the city of Telavi. The founder Gia Togonidze and his family are well known both in the local community of Shalauri and internationally for their wines, as well as for their warm hospitality to all guests who visit the winery. Togonidze wines are distinguished by their rich aroma and bouquet. Togonidze wine is located in the Eastern Kakheti region of Georgia, known for its history of wine production and fertile environment for growing several rare local grape varieties. The winery is located in the foothills of the Gombor range, overlooking the valley of the Alazni River, with the Caucasus Mountains to the north.
