Vinification method: Lammidia is beloved in the natural wine community. Winemakers Davide Gentile and Marco Guilani have known each other since they were 3 years old. They reunited in college and decided to venture into the world of wine soon after.
For their "Zeus Faber, the Chardonnay grapes are hand harvested at perfect maturity and macerate on the skins for about 2 weeks in cement. This is followed by several months of successive elevage before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added S02.
