Producer: Revel Cider emerged from Tariq Ahmed's passion for natural fermentation, sparked during an internship on an organic vegetable farm. There, he experimented with an old basket press to create naturally fermented pickles, mulberry wine, and cider. Embracing native yeast fermentations, Revel Cider focuses on the unique characteristics of each harvest, allowing fermentation to occur with local organisms. Initially using plastic and oak vessels due to budget constraints, they have mastered the art of oxidative fermentation. Now, they age their ciders on tannic apple pomace and grape marc, creating a vibrant expression of life through careful guidance of microorganisms.

Vinification Method:

Arlo is a skin fermented wine made from Sauvignon Blanc, Seyval Blanc, Riesling and Muscat—orange and aged on lees for 2 years before bottling.

These grapes were harvested in multiple vintages, from 2020 through 2024. Each grape was grown in Beamsville, Niagara. Unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged, no added S02.
