Cantina Giardino "Na"

We are in love with this blend of Falanghina, Coda di Volpe and Greco. The grapes are co fermented and are macerated for about 7-10 days on the skins. The wine has amazing minerality, aromen of apricot, peach, tangerine, lime and salinity. Get some fish from Aqua Best to pair with it... We are thinking seared scallops or steamed red snapper.
