About: Alice Bouvot knew that when it came to start her own domaine, the Jura would be the place. In 2004 she started from scratch, buying a small cellar in the village of Arbois where she makes electrifying wines.
Grapes: Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris
A 50/50 blend, the grapes are fermented as whole bunches for 10 days before being pressed off to go into barrels for nearly a year.
