Malvasia on the skins for 60 days, the wine ages about 18 months on the lee's in amphora. It goes through the very long Methodo Classico aka Champagne process and it is the ONLY sparkling orange that is made that way.
It is a powerful wine with notes of apricot, pear, candied orange zest, dense bubbles, chewy tannins, honey, chamomile and toast.
